I think ill try to incorporate pilates into my yoga routine once a week. I took a few pilates classes and noticed i was sore in places i was not used to being sore in Almost like it works some muscles deeper in the body than anyother ab workout I had tried in my life. yeah i need to eat to feed muscle but i have about had it with my belly i was thinking of just going back to my restrictive and somewhat unhealthy way of losing weight and giving up on maintaining booty. No the longer the better, im down to explore as many avenues as i can because im sick of just eat more blah blah. Also I dont eat sugar and that makes a huge difference in my tummy as well as energy and mood! I also highly recommend food allergy testing as if you're eating things you're allergic or intolerant to you can get bloated! I have ibs so I saw a nutritionist and from testing we saw that I was lactose intolerant but I was still having symptoms but after trying cutting out gluten I felt a big difference in symptoms and bloating! If you cant afford testing you can always get a referral to a nutritionist and do food elimination with them but if you're not having any tummy troubles I'm not sure if this would be a good idea. My tummy is flatter sleeping 9 hours way more than sleeping 6 hours (although of course often I can only get in 7 hours). Lastly for me it helps a lot not eating after 7pm and sleeping as much as possible. Secondly make sure you do lift upper body too as I found that since my body kind of uses my core to stabilize itself while doing upper body it really helps my core muscles. I do still do cardio and weight lift but that seems to help get a smaller waist for me less than pilates. #1 is pilates! That's the number one key to getting abs for me personally cause you're just using body weight in that area and it's highly focused on that area of your body. Theres multiple things that have helped me with this.
